1. Can I invest?
Yes, you can invest right now. Regulation A+ allows anyone to invest in our company. The SEC now permits Regulation A (also called Reg A+) offerings to take on investors who are unaccredited as well as accredited investors. An accredited investor is an individual who has a net worth in excess of $1MM (excluding his or her primary residence) or has had an annual income in excess of $200,000 ($300,000 if joint income) for the past two years and reasonably expects that to continue. If you are a non-accredited investor, you may invest but will be limited to investing no more than the greater of 10% of your net worth or 10% of your annual income. Investors outside the USA may also be eligible to buy shares too. We’re more than happy for anyone and everyone to invest from anywhere in the world. We just ask that you ensure your own situation allows you to become an investor wherever you live or invest from.

3. How do I buy shares?

4. How much do shares cost? Are there any fees?
Shares currently are $13.50 each, and you can buy any number of shares, with the minimum investment being 80 shares for $1,080.00. You pay only for the number of shares you purchase. There is no additional fee charged by us to the investor at any point during or after the transaction.
5. How do I pay for shares?

6. What happens when I purchase shares?
After you complete the investing process and once we accept your investment you will receive a confirmation of your investment and a subscription agreement via email and you will become a proud owner and shareholder in BIOLIFE4D. Within a few days you will also receive an email providing instructions from the stock transfer agent on how you can view your investment information and stock online.
7. How long will shares be available to purchase?
We reserve the right to close the offering at any time.
8. Can I sell my shares in the future?
While selling your shares is allowed after we close the offering, you will have to find a purchaser as we are not currently listed on any exchange.
